But it's not necessary to be a mobile hiker to be able to see all of this cool stuff, there are a lot of natural wonders in this area with amazing animals and tropical rain forests. When you're traveling through Tropical North Queensland you may want to choose a different way to move around this gorgeous area.

The trip by train allows you to see all of the wonderful views in this area in total comfort. There are an immense number of travel packages to choose from including one that includes all the wonderful food and Aussie hospitality that is famous here. A wonderful way to see this beautiful area of Tropical North Queensland is to ride the Sunlander train between Brisbane and Cairns.

Your experience will include snorkeling and scuba diving out on the reef to view the unique creatures and the amazing coral. Then there is a great cruise out to the Barrier Reef to have a wonderful underwater adventure. Upon your arrival in Cairns you'll recieve a nice bottle of wine when you arrive at your hotel.

The Kuranda Railway also allows you to take in some views of the Stoney Creek Bridge as well as the Barron Gorge. You can also explore the Kuranda village nestled in the lush green tropics. This is a great way for those who aren't keen on hiking to come and see the rainforest. In addition to taking in the Great Barrier Reef you will also have an opportunity to experience the rainforest from the Sky rail Rainforest Cableway.

The Tropical North Queensland is a region that can easily be explored and enjoyed by all, although the outdoors is not for everyone. Traveling by train and sky rail allows for everyone to gain the full experience of the rugged Tropical North Queensland without having to hike or deal directly with the creatures of the great outdoors.
